Mannum Waters Marina, Mannum SA
Mannum Waters Marina is a Residential marina where permanent living is permitted.
The Marina was purpose built to reduce the environmental impact and erosion caused by permanent moorings on the river. The marina basin has 150 houseboat berths at 8m width and 10m width and all 39 metres in length. Each of these houseboat berths is fully equipped with mains water, power and waste disposal services and secure gated vehicle access. Each berth has its own freehold title. There are also berths for small boat storage with limited services, but these berths are not suitable for houseboats located within the marina basin.
